The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before the scheduled service date.
Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment date and time in advance. Please ensure someone is available to grant access to the property at the scheduled time, or arrange for secure key access.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is determined based on the scope of work, property size, and service type. We provide estimates before beginning any service. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Liability and Insurance
Clean Livin' Inc. is bonded and insured. While we take great care in every job, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or items that are improperly secured or fragile. Any damage caused by our staff will be assessed and addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, sensitive documents, and personal items before our arrival. Please inform us of any special instructions, allergies, or areas requiring extra attention.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us — including your phone number, email address, and home or business details — will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering and communicating about our services. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information or phone number with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
